Licorice RDA IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Ordering IQOS to Luanda: the practical version
A licorice RDA from the discounted options in Angola costs about Kz2.43 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run licorice the same way in Luanda: same RDA, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: licorice in Luanda works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice RDA really costs in Luanda
The honest read on licorice: 22 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.43 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Angola?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 8–15 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.43 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
