Licorice refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the guide shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with licorice in Angola
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice refill pack really costs in Luanda
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.06 per 10 ml.
How we tested licorice in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Angola.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Kz58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.06 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
How long does licorice in a refill pack last?
In Luanda we measured 8 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.06 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
