Licorice vape pen IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
Licorice in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: licorice in Luanda works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice vape pen really costs in Luanda
A licorice vape pen from the bulk options in Angola costs about Kz3.3 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Treating the advertised Kz68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.3 per 10 ml.

On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.3 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
