Melon pen device IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Melon in Luanda: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Melon pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Melon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.23 per 10 ml.
The short version: melon in Luanda works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon pen device really costs in Luanda
We run melon the same way in Luanda: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested melon in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Angola.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where melon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Kz47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.23 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for melon in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

| Entry kit | Kz47 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.23 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
