Mint starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the guide shortlist
Mint in Luanda: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mint habit
The honest read on mint: 9 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A mint starter kit from the starter options in Angola costs about Kz1.77 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: mint in Luanda works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint starter kit really costs in Luanda
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested mint in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Angola.
Where mint goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Luanda survives.
- Treating the advertised Kz58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.77 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for mint in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
