Mint sub-ohm kit IQOS in Luanda: the best shortlist
Mint in Luanda: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.64 per 10 ml.
A mint sub-ohm kit from the best options in Angola costs about Kz1.64 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: mint in Luanda works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint sub-ohm kit really costs in Luanda
Mint sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mint in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mint goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.64 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Luanda survives.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for mint in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
Is mint legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
