Mintice RDA IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Mintice in Luanda: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Mintice is allowed to say
Mintice in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at mintice in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice RDA really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at mintice in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mintice in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Angola.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does mintice in a RDA last?
In Luanda we measured 4 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.04 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
