Mintice refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the order shortlist
Mintice in Luanda: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
A mintice refill pack from the pre-order options in Angola costs about Kz1.98 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.98 per 10 ml.
The short version: mintice in Luanda works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice refill pack really costs in Luanda
The honest read on mintice: 11 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Angola.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Kz59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.98 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Is mintice legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
How long does mintice in a refill pack last?
In Luanda we measured 8 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
