Mintice starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Mintice in Luanda: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Ordering IQOS to Luanda: the practical version
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.09 per 10 ml.
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: mintice in Luanda works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice starter kit really costs in Luanda
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested mintice in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Angola.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Luanda survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.09 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz51 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.09 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
