Mintice sub-ohm kit IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Mintice in Luanda: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you are looking at mintice in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice sub-ohm kit really costs in Luanda
Mintice in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested mintice in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Angola.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.76 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.76 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Is mintice legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
