Pear box mod IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Pear in Luanda: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
The honest read on pear: 19 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A pear box mod from the value options in Angola costs about Kz2.38 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear box mod really costs in Luanda
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.38 per 10 ml.
How we tested pear in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into Angola.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised Kz60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.38 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.38 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
