Pear mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Pear in Luanda: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the pear habit
We run pear the same way in Luanda: same mesh tank, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Pear mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: pear in Luanda works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear mesh tank really costs in Luanda
We run pear the same way in Luanda: same mesh tank, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested pear in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into Angola.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where pear goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Kz58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.57 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for pear in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Pear | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | mesh tank | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 24 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Angola | 8–15 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Kz58 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.57 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is pear legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.57 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
