Pear prefilled pod IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Pear in Luanda: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A pear prefilled pod from the reviewed options in Angola costs about Kz2.01 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: pear in Luanda works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear prefilled pod really costs in Luanda
Pear prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested pear in a prefilled pod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does pear in a prefilled pod last?
In Luanda we measured 9 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
