If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear starter kit really costs in Luanda
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.83 per 10 ml.
How we tested pear in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in Luanda survives.
The rules that apply here

How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.83 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On pear the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.83 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
