Plain 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the best shortlist
Plain in Luanda: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit
Plain 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.69 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Plain in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plain in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.69 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
