Home / Plain starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist

Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means

The honest read on plain: 11 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

The short version: plain in Luanda works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

What a plain starter kit really costs in Luanda

Plain starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

How we tested plain in a starter kit

1. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
2. Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
3. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.

• Spare parts availability for starter kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
• A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Angola.

Where plain goes wrong

• Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.

The rules that apply here

Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
