Plum 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
We run plum the same way in Luanda: same 30 ml shortfill, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Plum 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.06 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Luanda survives.
- Treating the advertised Kz44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.06 per 10 ml.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
