Plum cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What plum costs in Luanda
Plum in Luanda reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Plum cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Luanda

How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
