Plum cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
Plum in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.82 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Luanda
Plum in Luanda reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Angola.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is plum legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.82 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
