Plum mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
A plum mesh tank from the budget options in Angola costs about Kz2.79 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum mesh tank really costs in Luanda
Plum mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plum in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Kz49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.79 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.79 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
How long does plum in a mesh tank last?
In Luanda we measured 8 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
