Plum pen device IQOS in Luanda: the order shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
Plum in Luanda reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run plum the same way in Luanda: same pen device, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum pen device really costs in Luanda

How we tested plum in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Luanda survives.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
