Plum prefilled pod IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Plum prefilled pod here
If you are looking at plum in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run plum the same way in Luanda: same prefilled pod, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: plum in Luanda works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum prefilled pod really costs in Luanda
Plum in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a prefilled pod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Angola.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Luanda survives.
