Home / Plum RDA IQOS in Luanda: the best shortlist

How we tested Plum RDA here

Plum RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

We run plum the same way in Luanda: same RDA, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a plum RDA really costs in Luanda

Plum in Luanda reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

How we tested plum in a RDA

1. Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
2. Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
• The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
• Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.

Where plum goes wrong

• Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
• Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
• Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.

The rules that apply here

Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
