Plum RDA IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 13 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
If you are looking at plum in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.22 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum RDA really costs in Luanda
Plum in Luanda reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.22 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
