Plum starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with plum in Angola
Plum starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Plum in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum starter kit really costs in Luanda
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.63 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does plum in a starter kit last?
In Luanda we measured 2 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
