Plum starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What plum costs in Luanda
Plum in Luanda reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum starter kit really costs in Luanda
We run plum the same way in Luanda: same starter kit, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Angola.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Can I order IQOS online in Angola?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 8–15 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.11 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
