Plum sub-ohm kit IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Plum sub-ohm kit here
A plum sub-ohm kit from the reviewed options in Angola costs about Kz2.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: plum in Luanda works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum sub-ohm kit really costs in Luanda
Plum in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is plum legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
