Raspberry starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Raspberry in Luanda: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Raspberry is allowed to say
Raspberry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.75 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a raspberry starter kit really costs in Luanda
Raspberry in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested raspberry in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why raspberry tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does raspberry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the raspberry blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should raspberry start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On raspberry the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.75 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
