Salted box mod IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Salted in Luanda: 23 units tested over 6 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
A salted box mod from the budget options in Angola costs about Kz3.28 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: salted in Luanda works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted box mod really costs in Luanda
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested salted in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where salted goes wrong
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Luanda survives.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for salted in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
