Salted mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Salted in Luanda: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with salted in Angola
A salted mesh tank from the reviewed options in Angola costs about Kz2.88 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Salted mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted mesh tank really costs in Luanda
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.88 per 10 ml.
How we tested salted in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Luanda survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
How long does salted in a mesh tank last?
In Luanda we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order IQOS online in Angola?
