Salted refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Salted in Luanda: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Salted refill pack here
The honest read on salted: 7 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: salted in Luanda works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted refill pack really costs in Luanda
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.97 per 10 ml.
How we tested salted in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
How long does salted in a refill pack last?
In Luanda we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is salted legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
