Salted refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Salted in Luanda: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on salted: 7 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: salted in Luanda works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted refill pack really costs in Luanda
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested salted in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where salted goes wrong
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Treating the advertised Kz33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.86 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.86 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
