Salted vape pen IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Salted in Luanda: 9 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What salted costs in Luanda
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.94 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at salted in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted vape pen really costs in Luanda
Salted in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested salted in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.94 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for salted in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.94 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
