Spiced pen device IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Spiced in Luanda: 16 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
Spiced pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Spiced in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: spiced in Luanda works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced pen device really costs in Luanda
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested spiced in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Kz59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.9 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is spiced legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
How long does spiced in a pen device last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
