Sweet pen device IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Sweet in Luanda: 12 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Sweet in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Sweet in Luanda reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: sweet in Luanda works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet pen device really costs in Luanda
Sweet pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested sweet in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Angola.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.58 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sweet the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.58 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
