Choosing a squonk mod for sweet
The honest read on sweet: 22 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.1 per 10 ml.
The short version: sweet in Luanda works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet squonk mod really costs in Luanda

How we tested sweet in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Angola.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sweet in Luanda survives.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
