Tobacco 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the online shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Ordering IQOS to Luanda: the practical version
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.45 per 10 ml.
We run tobacco the same way in Luanda: same 30 ml shortfill, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: tobacco in Luanda works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested tobacco in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Luanda survives.

Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
How long does tobacco in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Luanda we measured 8 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
