Tobacco 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 6 units tested over 9 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
Tobacco 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at tobacco in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
The honest read on tobacco: 6 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Angola.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Luanda survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | Kz33 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.38 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.38 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz33 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
How long does tobacco in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Luanda we measured 9 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
