Tobacco 60 ml bottle IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: tobacco in Luanda works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco 60 ml bottle really costs in Luanda
Tobacco in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tobacco in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Angola | 8–15 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Kz55 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.15 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.15 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
