Tobacco mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a mesh tank for tobacco
We run tobacco the same way in Luanda: same mesh tank, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on tobacco: 8 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: tobacco in Luanda works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco mesh tank really costs in Luanda
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.77 per 10 ml.
How we tested tobacco in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Angola.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Kz67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.77 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

| Stock checked | 8 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |

| Delivery to Angola | 8–15 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Kz67 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.77 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
