Tobacco nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What tobacco costs in Luanda
The honest read on tobacco: 7 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run tobacco the same way in Luanda: same nicotine salt bottle, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: tobacco in Luanda works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco nicotine salt bottle really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at tobacco in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the nicotine salt bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tobacco in a nicotine salt bottle
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Is tobacco legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
How long does tobacco in a nicotine salt bottle last?
In Luanda we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
