Tobacco RDA IQOS in Luanda: the order shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.89 per 10 ml.
The short version: tobacco in Luanda works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco RDA really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at tobacco in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tobacco in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised Kz61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.89 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
