Tobacco RDA IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 14 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Angola
Tobacco RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at tobacco in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: tobacco in Luanda works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco RDA really costs in Luanda
Tobacco in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tobacco in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Angola.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Kz30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.54 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Luanda survives.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
