Tobacco refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
Tobacco in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Luanda
Tobacco in Luanda reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised Kz40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.31 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does tobacco in a refill pack last?
In Luanda we measured 4 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.31 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
