Tobacco refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run tobacco the same way in Luanda: same refill pack, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Luanda
Tobacco refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for tobacco in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Tobacco | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Stock checked | 11 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Angola | 8–15 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Kz30 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.6 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How long does tobacco in a refill pack last?
In Luanda we measured 8 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
