Tobacco starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Tobacco starter kit here
We run tobacco the same way in Luanda: same starter kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A tobacco starter kit from the bulk options in Angola costs about Kz3.24 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco starter kit really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at tobacco in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tobacco in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Angola.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.24 per 10 ml.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Angola?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 8–15 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does tobacco in a starter kit last?
In Luanda we measured 8 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
