Vanilla starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Vanilla in Luanda: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Vanilla starter kit here
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.21 per 10 ml.
A vanilla starter kit from the discounted options in Angola costs about Kz2.21 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a vanilla starter kit really costs in Luanda
Vanilla starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested vanilla in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Kz29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.21 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for vanilla in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
