Cola RDA IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Cola in Luanda: 16 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run cola the same way in Luanda: same RDA, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Cola in Luanda reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: cola in Luanda works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cola RDA really costs in Luanda
Cola in Luanda reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cola in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cola goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.53 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cola in Luanda survives.
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cola the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.53 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.53 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
