Graphite pod kit IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Graphite in Luanda: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the graphite habit
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.52 per 10 ml.
The honest read on graphite: 7 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite pod kit really costs in Luanda
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested graphite in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
How long does graphite in a pod kit last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
