Plain 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Plain in Luanda: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit
We run plain the same way in Luanda: same 30 ml shortfill, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Plain in Luanda reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: plain in Luanda works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plain in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.57 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Plain | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | 30 ml shortfill | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 12 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Angola | 8–15 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Kz30 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz3.57 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.57 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
